Roasting
Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is pleasant to taste. It softens and transforms into warm to your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a cup that can be enjoyed on its own or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges well.
When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready for brewing.
